Samsung wanted to work on a holiday special for their mobile devices to make it feel inspirational as a perfect gift. The story for this piece is a woman who is facing a depressing time of her life, but had to dream beyond her current circumstances and find encouragement in the things she loves. She loved dancing and creating string puppets. Her dream came to life at the end fusing the 2 together creating dancing string puppets. Composing this music we started with toy in a store feel, transitioning to an energetic dub-step style for the portion the puppets were dancing, and ending with a hiphop triumphant for the resolution.
